Latches shown are generally right headed, which reflects the direction they open, left opening is an option.

They also generally have the following options:
Face fix - implies they are screwed or riveted in the same plane as the glass. These can be screwed or riveted.
Sub fix - implies fixed to a profile at right angles to the glass. These are generally screwed with M4 or 8 gauge screws.

Low profile - implies gap between handle and glass is small.

Wedge - implies latch requires a separate wedge to be installed on frame for latch tongue to lock on to.

Wedgeless - implies latch includes a wedge built onto the latch tongue to lock on to.

Double tongue - latch includes two tongues for locking onto the frame.
